This one day, two hour class teaches practical, hands on tools and techniques that people can use to help them work with traumatized and difficult clients without becoming overwhelmed and burned out. Learn how to handle compassion fatigue, burnout, and vicarious trauma. You'll walk away from this experiential class with techniques you can use to help others, and yourself, immediately.
Learn healthy and fun ways to handle your most challenging clients (and coworkers); leave work early on a Friday; enjoy some coffee, tea, and snacks; and learn with other people who also care deeply about their clients.
